FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive about a week after the purchase is confirmed. Timing can vary depending on the destination, holidays or causes outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Besides Mexico, we ship to the countries available in our shipping selector. Final cost and availability are shown before you confirm the order.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes. Returns must be requested within seven calendar days of receiving the package. The glasses must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging and accessories.
How do you review a return?
When it arrives we check for scratches, dents, adjustments, damage or signs of use. If it meets the conditions, we confirm the return. Damaged or incomplete items can't be accepted.
How do I care for my glasses?
Keep them in their case, clean them with the included cloth and avoid extreme heat, salt water or chemicals. Never rest them lens-side down.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the case and, when it applies, arrange a free replacement.

Purchase and payment
By completing a purchase you confirm the information provided is correct and authorize the total charge shown. All orders are subject to payment confirmation.
Availability
Pieces are subject to availability. If a piece sells out after your purchase, we'll let you know and offer an exchange or refund.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. NUJABE STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or incorrect delivery details.
Exchanges and returns
Requests must be made within seven calendar days of delivery. The piece is reviewed before any exchange or refund is authorized. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
Product and care
Slight variations in tone or finish may exist. Normal wear, accidents, misuse or improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
Intellectual property
The NUJABE STUDIO name, photographs, texts and designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior authorization.
Privacy
The data you provide is used to process orders, support and authorized communications. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Updates
We may update these conditions when necessary. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
